Reservations open for Peugeot 208 and e-208

Fleets and drivers can now reserve the new Peugeot 208, including the fleet-orientated electric e-208 model as well as petrol and diesel variants.

Reservations are now open for the Peugeot e-208

Unveiled earlier this year at the Geneva Motor Show, the second-generation 208 – which is built on the latest CMP platform and is 30kg lighter than before – includes the e-208 full electric model that follows on from the iON and forms part of Peugeot plans to offer electrified variants across its model line-up by 2023.

Particularly expected to find favour with fleets, the e-208 comes with a 50kWh battery and 100kW motor, bringing up to a 211-mile range (WLTP). Customers can choose from a range of charging methods for the all-new e-208, including 100 kW rapid charging, capable of achieving an 80% charge in as little as 30 minutes.

The new 208 will also be offered with a range of petrol and diesel engines that meet the latest emissions standards, including the PureTech petrol three-cylinder 1.2-litre 75, 100 and 130 engines and the BlueHDI diesel 1.5-litre 100.

Reservations are now open for the GT Line PureTech 100 S&S eight-speed automatic (EAT8), BlueHDi 100 six-speed manual or the 100% electric e-208 model for £500. Actual orders for the all-new Peugeot 208 range can be placed from late summer 2019, with the car going on UK sale in early 2020.
