Fleet World Fleet: Peugeot 508 SW GT Line BlueHDi 130

Despite only covering 6,000 miles, the 508 has been into Desira Bury St Edmunds for its first service, required at yearly intervals/ 20,000 miles.

The 508 SW now regularly tops 50mpg

P11D (BiK): £32.280 (26%) MPG/CO2: 52.4-62mpg (WLTP) /94g/km (NEDC Correlated) Test MPG: 48.6mpg

It turned out to be a timely visit, as there were apparently a number of minor updates and recall notices that needed attention.

The spending didn’t stop there though, as a particularly nasty pothole wrote off one of the front tyres, with a new Michelin costing £180 at nearby ATS Euromaster.
Having a few miles on the clock and a new sump of oil has certainly freed things up under the bonnet though, with the big Peugeot now regularly topping 50mpg.
