Enterprise appoints former Rivus CEO Henry Brace

Former Rivus Fleet Solutions CEO Henry Brace has joined Enterprise some 11 months after he stepped down from Rivus.

Henry Brace, head of fleet solutions at Enterprise Flex-E-Rent

Brace joins Enterprise in the role of head of fleet solutions for the Enterprise Flex-E-Rent division.

A spokesperson said: “His remit will be to build out our SMR support provision for customer-owned fleets, and he is reporting into Danny Glynn.”

Previously MD at BT Fleet Solutions, Brace assumed the CEO role after the fleet management firm was acquired by Aurelius Equity Solutions from BT Group after he had already led the business through the sales process. BT Fleet Solutions was then rebranded as Rivus and Brace stepped down in January 2020; he was succeeded last week by David Myers.

His involvement with BT Fleet Solutions, however, stretches back more than six years, including roles such as finance director, chief operating officer and chief executive officer.

Brace had already been working with Enterprise since January 2020 as a consultant, helping to manage the integration of its July 2019 acquisition of SHB Hire, as well as SMR optimisation across its 28 inhouse workshops and expansion of its fleet management offering.
