Car benefit specialist Tusker has named Dianne Buchanan as its new chief financial officer (CFO), replacing Laura Alexander who left in December 2019.

Buchanan trained as a chartered accountant with PwC and has more than 25 years’ professional experience in financial and commercial management with a number of UK and global organisations, including Coca-Cola HBC, J Sainsbury plc, and WPP plc.

She was most recently CFO of SLR Consulting Ltd, a global environmental consulting practice.

Commenting on Buchanan’s appointment, Tusker CEO Paul Gilshan said: “She is perfect for Tusker; bringing a unique blend of strategic and financial discipline, while also skilled at dealing with the operational and commercial demands of running a large fleet.
