Entries are open for this year’s RoSPA Fleet Safety Awards, which reward excellence and encourage improvement in the key area of managing occupational road risk.

Fleets can enter for the general Fleet Safety Awards, which provide recognition and encouragement for improvement in performance standards in the industry, with titles awarded at Gold, Silver and Bronze levels.

All entries will also be assessed for suitability for the RoSPA Fleet Safety Trophy and RoSPA Fleet Safety Technology Trophy.

The RoSPA Fleet Safety Trophy is presented to those companies or organisations that have most effectively managed their occupational road risks over the past 12 months while the Safety Technology Trophy is given to the entrant the judges deem to display the most impressive use of technology within their approach to managing occupational road risk, including implementation of technologies such as telematics or e-learning.

Entries are judged on a combination of verifiable historical performance data, along with evidence of an effective and cohesive programme for managing fleet risk.

Presentation ceremonies will take place on June 6 in Birmingham, June 18 in London, and September 12 in Glasgow.

Last year’s Fleet Safety winners include Colas and DHL while the Fleet Safety Trophy went to SGN and the Technology Trophy was awarded to CBES.
