New connected and autonomous vehicles event to spotlight mobility developments

Cenex is to launch a new standalone event focused on connected and autonomous vehicle developments alongside its long-standing LCV low-carbon vehicle event.

The new Cenex-Connected Automated Mobility Event will be co-located at Cenex-LCV2019

Cenex-Connected Automated Mobility will take place at the same time as Cenex-LCV2019 on 4-5 September 2019 at Millbrook Proving Ground and will have its own dedicated exhibition, a seminar hall and networking area to focus on connected and autonomous vehicle (CAV) related issues.

Issues under focus in the seminar programme include:

  • Mobility-as-a-Service
  • Enabling technology for CAM
  • Physical and digital infrastructure
  • Testing and validation
  • Policy and market development

The launch of the event follows increasing interest in the CAV Showcase previously run by Cenex as part of its LCV event, and will see Cenex closely with the support of the Centre for Connected and Autonomous Vehicles (CCAV), Innovate UK and the Department for International Trade to showcase latest UK connected and autonomous vehicle as well as international exhibitor activities.

Registration for the Connected and Automated Mobility Event is free of charge and will open later this month at: www.cenex-cam.co.uk.
