Fleet Heroes Awards 2018 open for applications

Fleets using innovative transport policies and fleet improvements to cut carbon and tackle air pollution can now enter the Energy Saving Trust’s 2018 Fleet Heroes Awards.

Fleet Heroes Awards

The awards will once again recognise those at the forefront of sustainable fleet management

Taking place on 27 November 2018 at the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms, Covent Garden, along with the free-to-attend Fleet Hero Conference, the awards – now in their 13th year – will recognise businesses, local authorities and public sector bodies across the UK for their work to drive uptake of ultra-low emission vehicles and efficient driving.

Nine trophies will be up for grabs:

  • Fleet Hero
  • City or Town Hero
  • Ultra-low Emission Fleet Hero
  • Smarter Travel Hero
  • Ecodriving Hero
  • Fleet Hero Entrepreneur
  • Ultra-low Emission Vehicle Infrastructure Hero
  • Freight Hero
  • Unsung Fleet Hero

Entries must be returned by 1 October 2018. However, applications will be considered on a rolling basis and organisations are strongly encouraged to enter as early as possible.

Meanwhile the conference, which takes place in the afternoon prior to the awards, will cover the latest developments in sustainable transport and share best practice. Places can be reserved online.
