In the last year, Nexus’ service enabled its clients to save up to 20% on their rental expenditure, and the new reporting module will further help fleets with savings and efficiency.

The new module provides bespoke data that was previously unavailable, using an interactive dashboard to show clients a snapshot of their rental profile. This enables fleets to see data at a glance including: number of bookings, vehicles on rent and rental durations, in addition to top delivery locations, popular vehicle groups and fuel types.

The platform also highlights the number of out-of-hours and one-way rentals to identify avoidable costs, with graphs and charts supplying easy-to-digest data.

David Brennan, CEO of Nexus Vehicle Rental, said: “Our new Management Information suite is extremely responsive and enables customers to monitor Nexus’ service level performance transparently and ensures we are meeting our Service Level Agreements, providing data on booking satisfaction and information on the number of deliveries and collections that are on time.”
