The Miles Consultancy’s (TMC’s) services are now available in the SAP Concur App Centre, providing access to its Mileage Track app.  

TMC is now offering its mileage and fuel card audit services via the SAP Concur App Centre

The mileage capture, audit and fuel management specialist has integrated its services with Concur Expense: a cloud-based software which helps businesses manage their finance and expenses.

It means businesses using Concur Expense can now log their business trips via TMC’s Mileage Track app, which analyses and audits business mileage and fuel card data to save operators money. Fleets can also make use of driving behaviour and occupational road risk services.

Paul Hollick, managing director at TMC, said: “It’s no secret that fuel cards and mileage claims are a significant unmanaged cost for most businesses, but we can offer businesses using Concur Expense a great solution.”

Each trip is checked, helping to ensure compliance with local market requirements and a company’s global policies. TMC then automatically sends an expense file into Concur Expense, once checked and agreed.

Hollick continued: “We help to ensure that only audited business mileage is reimbursed and fuel cards are managed and controlled properly, which saves companies on average 15.4% off their fuel bills. Our integration with Concur Expense will also enable us to increase client visibility, whilst reducing administration, and helping to ensure tax compliance for businesses.”
