TMC Compliance+ to streamline risk management for SMC Pneumatics
SMC Pneumatics has signed up TMC as it takes action on managing the road risk for 100 company car drivers.
The deal covers SMC Pneumatics’ 100-strong company car fleet
TMC will provide licence checks for SMC’s drivers as well as eyesight checks, bespoke duty of care statements and fleet policy documents.
The partnership will also see TMC manage the risk assessment and training of all SMC’s drivers, ensuring their fleet is fully compliant.
Hayley Walker, HR manager at SMC, said: “We knew that we needed to address our duty of care obligations to our drivers, but we were concerned about the time it would take us to gather and analyse all the data to action this effectively. TMC’s Compliance+ was the perfect solutions for us, as it allowed us to gain sight of our fleet risks without any additional admin on our side.”
