McNeill reports to Carlos Montero, FleetEurope’s chief commercial officer and will be responsible for managing existing contract hire clients as well as developing new contract hire business channels for the High Wycombe-based fleet services company.

He joins from Zenith where he has managed a portfolio of private and public sector clients for the past 10 years.
