New service to help fleets save up to 30% on maintenance costs

A new solution claimed to be already saving fleets up to 30% on parts and labour has been introduced by Fuel Card Services for fleets of all sizes.

Part of the firm’s ongoing focus on delivering a ‘a one-stop solution for complete fleet management’, the pay-as-you-go MyService.Expert solution gives fleet managers and drivers direct access to a nationwide garage network offering competitive savings on fleet servicing, maintenance, repairs and MOTs, using pre-negotiated discounted rates.

In addition to claimed savings of up to 30% on parts and labour, the service can also enables fleets and drivers to save on a wide range of other servicing and maintenance work including tyre replacements or repairs – with no joining fee, no minimum contract, and no minimum number of vehicles.

Costs are approved online, using a secure online system. Costings are validated by manufacturer data and work is approved directly with each garage. Users even receive calendar alerts so they don’t miss important servicing and MOT deadlines.

Users also benefit from consolidated fuel and maintenance invoices, monthly reporting, and vehicle service histories viewable online.

The service is one of a series of added-value products collected within My Fleet Hub, the comprehensive new online portal that provides simple transacting and reporting tools to help achieve fleet savings said to be significant. Further developments will also follow.
