National Windscreens retains Lex Autolease account

National Windscreens first began working with Lex Autolease in 2011 and the latest contract follows a rigorous tender process.

Kirsty Brown, SMR supplier manager at Lex Autolease, said: ‘Organisations of all sizes rely on us to provide quality services as quickly as possible to minimise the time vehicles needing repairs are off the road. We need to ensure that all of our suppliers are able to fulfil our customers’ expectations.

‘Over the past four years, and throughout the exhaustive tender process, National Windscreens has demonstrated that its commitment to customer service matches our own ethos. We are confident that our customers will continue to benefit from the high levels of service synonymous with Lex Autolease.’

National fleet sales manager Graham Furneaux-Porter added: ‘Our customer-focused business strategy has resulted in leading time to serve and customer satisfaction (NPS) scores which both played a significant part in our renewed contract with Lex Autolease.

‘In contrast to the trend in the automotive glass sector that is seeing providers reduce or even abandon their branch network, we believe that our extensive fitting centre network backed by mobile technicians plays a vital role in the overall level of service we are able to provide. This strategy is reaping dividends with clients for whom customer service is a major priority.’
