MaaS Investment Fund plans take shape

Local authorities and public/private transport operators are being invited to sign up to two consultation workshops that will help shape the Scottish Government’s Mobility as a Service (MaaS) investment fund.

The MaaS investment fund commits up to £2m over three years

The fund was announced in September and commits £2m to support the testing of MaaS in Scotland, in response to fast-growing interest in MaaS led by public and private sector organisations.

The framework for the programme is currently being worked on and the two workshops, being run by MaaS Scotland and Transport Scotland, will help with its development, in particular with refining identified thematic areas to ensure maximum impact is achieved through the project framework.

The events take place in Glasgow on 19 March and Perth on 26 March, with pre-registration now open.
