Fleet Alliance fleet breaks billion pound barrier

Fleet Alliance Group now manages a fleet valued at £1bn following a 48% increase in the number of vehicles in less than a year.

Martin Brown, MD at Fleet Alliance, says he’s “expecting greater growth”

The rapid expansion of the Fleet Alliance Group fleet has seen it grow from 25,000 vehicles to 37,000. During the same period, the group has arranged funding worth £160m for around 8,000 new cars in the SME and fleet market.

The group – which includes Neva Consultants, following the 2017 acquisition of a majority stake, and the Intelligent Car Leasing personal leasing operation – says it can attribute the increase in business to its work with key partners. Recent corporate fleet deals include a contract for provision of 550 vehicles for Cox Automotive, owner of Manheim Auctions, across its 16 sites in the UK.

Future plans for the Fleet Alliance Group include increasing its workforce by 50% during the next 18 months. It’s also negotiating a second office suite at its Skypark base in Glasgow, which will be used to house its growing team of technical and customer service staff, as it looks to achieve ambitious growth plans.

“We are planning for and expecting greater growth in the coming months. We don’t intend to stay still now,” said Fleet Alliance managing director Martin Brown.
