The new back-to-back two-lane auction lane complex at the BCA Nottingham centre has significantly enhanced the facility’s volume, efficiency and throughput, and features capacity for 500 vehicles undercover, giving rise to an expanded sales programme that will run up to five days a week.

This includes the regular new BMW Group sales programme at Nottingham, which offers a wide selection of models at a variety of ages and mileages and will be held monthly in addition to the BMW Group entries in the ‘top ca’ events that takes place on the third Thursday of each month.

It follows the announcement this summer that BMW UK had signed up BCA Marketplace to provide a range of physical and digital remarketing solutions, including defleeting vehicles for the Alphabet business. The contract marked BCA’s largest-ever motor industry service deal.

Stuart Pearson, BCA COO UK remarketing, commented, “The Nottingham development is part of BCA’s ongoing strategy to enhance its remarketing and defleet network across the major conurbations of the UK, with Nottingham, Bedford, Manchester and Blackbushe all offering selling capacity in excess of 100,000 vehicles annually.”
