AA signs up to AX accident aftercare programme

AX is to provide accident assistance services to the AA to help keep its members mobile.

AX will provide accident aftercare mobility to personal members of the AA’s breakdown service and to AA motor insurance customers

Effective this month, AX will provide mobility solutions to personal members of the AA’s breakdown service and to AA motor insurance customers who report an accident directly with them.

Tim Rankin, managing director – accident management at the AA, said: “Our agreement with AX represents just a first step in transforming our accident management proposition to our members and insurance customers. Keeping our members mobile, in collaboration with AX, we will be focused on removing the friction following an accident and allow our members to resume their journeys with the minimum of fuss.

“Together with AX, we have designed a programme that will lead the sector with its customer promise and commitments.”
