TTC brings Business Driver and Licence Bureau under one brand

TTC Group is uniting its portfolio of training and risk management businesses under a single ‘TTC’ brand to pave the way for future expansion.

Group businesses are aligned under a single ‘TTC’ brand – for Trusted Training & Compliance

The move follows the group’s acquisitions of Business Driver Risk Management and Licence Bureau in 2019 and 2020 respectively, along with its entry into the broader health and safety marketplace with the addition of Synergie Training earlier this year.

Previously known as the Telford Training Company, TTC now becomes the Trusted Training & Compliance expert to reflect its evolution.

Its range of licence checking and document verification services, along with its business driver services that reduce fleet running costs by minimising work-related driver incidents, are now available to all customers through a single TTC platform instead of operating as separate businesses.

Synergie Training will begin its transition to join the TTC family under one platform in the coming months, as it builds on its range of solutions as part of one of the UK’s leading education providers.

Jim Kirkwood, CEO at TTC, said: “Nearly five years on from the strategic acquisition of Business Driver Risk Management and Licence Bureau, the full and successful integration of those companies into our operations is now complete, signalling the time to unite them under the one TTC brand.

“This will further streamline our operations for the benefit of our customers who will continue to receive consistent high-quality information, service and customer support through a single channel, backed by our exemplary account managers. All our training and compliance solutions will also be available to every customer through our industry-first driver risk management tool, Continuum.”

The changes follow the group announcement earlier this year of plans for new strategic growth, expanding into “complementary and adjacent markets where compliance and learning are key”.

“With our identity refined, bringing together our existing suite of businesses and solutions, and our brand reaffirmed with key stakeholders and customers, we are now truly set to further leverage our tech-enablement and virtual training skills in both the fleet and transport sectors where we are already firmly established, but also in new territories,” Kirkwood continued.
