TCH figures show that over a six-month period in 2016, FMG mitigated over £25,000 in costs from 67 repairs involving TCH Leasing customers.

Provided by FMG, the solution was launched in 2015 and is available to all TCH clients across their total fleet.

Latest figures from TCH show that over a six-month period in 2016, FMG mitigated over £25,000 in costs from 67 repairs involving TCH Leasing customers. In addition, nearly £16,000 worth of uninsured losses was recovered over the same six-month period.

FMG’s ULR case handlers negotiate with third party insurers within an hour of a claim being reported, to ensure a TCH customer is not out of pocket in any way for an incident which wasn’t their fault.

In addition, a customer satisfaction survey highlighted that over 90% of respondents were satisfied with the overall incident management experience, and over 91% would recommend the accident management service to others.

Harvey Stead, commercial director at FMG, commented: “As long as people drive, incidents will occur unfortunately, and we know first-hand the impact even slight vehicle incidents can have on a company’s drivers, business and productivity. Through our partnership with TCH Leasing, everything we do is geared towards helping their customers when incidents occur by ensuring the hassle, cost and downtime are reduced to an absolute minimum.”
