Škoda has introduced SportLine variants of its Octavia hatch and estate, providing bespoke design and specification features.

The new Octavia SportLine is the latest addition to Škoda’s SportLine range

Priced from £23,870 OTR, the new variants join the Karoq, Kodiaq and Superb SportLine models and sit below the vRS Octavia hatch and estate.

Design features include black gloss detailing for the front spoiler, grille, door mirrors and rear diffuser insert while the hatch also gets a gloss black rear spoiler. The Octavia SportLine also features 18-inch alloy wheels finished in black with silver details and full LED headlights with adaptive front light system and LED daytime running lights while the interior gets sport seats and upholstery, a black headlining and a three-spoke leather multi-function steering wheel, along with paddles on DSG models.

Equipment levels are based on the SE trim but add in the Amundsen sat nav with 8-inch touchscreen display and integrated wi-fi, Infotainment Online (one year), Light assistant and rain sensor.

Engine options cover a 150hp 2.0-litre TDI with seven-speed DSG or a 150hp 1.5 TSI petrol engine that gets either the DSG or a six-speed manual.

First deliveries are expected in April.
