ARI has strengthened its account management team with the promotion of Nimesh Chauhan to manager of account management, and the appointment of Simon Cayless as strategic account manager.

Nimesh has been instrumental in executing numerous projects since joining ARI in February 2017 and his new role will see him coordinate the account management team across the company’s entire client portfolio and drive forward its customer service focused strategy.

He will be supported by Simon Cayless who brings more than 14 years’ fleet management expertise and will be focused on delivering value to ARI’s customers via insight, innovation and partnership.
