Mazda has taken triple honours in the 2016 UK Car of the Year Awards.

Mazda MX-5 takes 2016 UK Car of the Year title

 

The new Mazda MX-5 was crowned both the Open Top Car of the Year and the overall winner of Car of the Year Awards, whilst the Mazda2 won the Best Supermini category.

The awards are judged by 27 of Britain’s leading automotive journalists with road tests carried out on British roads.

Mazda Motors UK managing director Jeremy Thomson said: “The MX-5 embodies all that is great about our products. It’s the ultimate example of how our SKYACTIV Technology and KODO design philosophy help us deliver stylish, spirited and great to drive cars.”
