Honda rolls out online SMR solution and Honda Fleet Promise service package

The new online SMR solution has been launched following the appointment of Silverstone-based Fleet Influence Limited as a new partner to run the project. The system provides access to full service, maintenance and repair costs for all cars in the Honda range in an easy-to-use format.

Jon Jacks, national leasing and SMR manager for Honda (UK), said: ‘This new SMR online solution has been designed specifically for Honda to deliver critical aftersales data in the right form, to the right people, when they need it. This is a vital process to ensure we are in the right position within each leasing and fleet companies pricing model for service maintenance and repair costs.’

In addition, Honda (UK) is rolling out the new Honda Fleet Promise service package, which covers all vehicle service, MOT and maintenance requirements, with standard charge rates.

The company says that all of its dealers have signed up to the Promise, which is intended to provide competitive rates as well as add value in the form of a range of customer services, such as complimentary courtesy car, collection and delivery and free wash and vacuum.

Nick Holmes, manager – national Aftersales and retention at Honda (UK), commented: ‘Honda is dedicated to providing the highest level of service to all of our customers before, during and after they choose a Honda vehicle as their company car.

‘This new Fleet Promise, in conjunction with the new Honda SMR online system will build confidence with our fleet customers in using the Honda dealer network for all their service and maintenance requirements.’
