Fleet and automotive industry gurus team up for new consultancy

Fleet and automotive industry leaders have come together to create a new specialist consultancy to help the automotive sector deal with a ‘perfect storm’ of challenges over the coming years.

Elevenci managing director John Waring

Developed to assist the OEM, fleet, leasing and motor finance sectors with strategic consultancy, change programmes and project delivery, Elevenci has been established by managing director John Waring; Mike Walters, managing consultant; Gary Elliott, client development director and consultant Andrew Shaw.

It’s also backed by a diverse panel of associates – including well-known industry experts Steve Gowler, Robert Wastell, Gabi Whitfield, Ged O’Neill, Steve Beattie, Bryan Marcus and many others.

Providing a comprehensive range of services, the team will help the UK automotive sector prepare for a forthcoming “existential crisis”, according to MD John Waring.

“While the UK market will need to handle ongoing disruption and change, much of the news has focused on OEMs, but the fleet, leasing and finance sectors are hugely impacted, too,” he explained.

“With political and environmental issues, a post-Brexit economy, China and inefficient legacy structures to account for, many businesses across the entire automotive sector  are struggling to adapt fast enough, let alone maximise the opportunities presented by increasing digitalisation, alternative powertrains and new mobility services. This is where Elevenci can help,” added Waring.
