Zenith has earned national recognition from HRH The Princess Royal, winning a Princess Royal Training Award for its leading apprenticeship programme.

Delivered by the City and Guilds Group, the Princess Royal Training Awards honours organisations in the UK and Ireland showing exceptional commitment to learning and development. Applicants were assessed by a commission comprising of HRH The Princess Royal and seven leading figures in the business and training community.

Zenith is one of 53 organisations achieving national acclaim, with the company being credited for the continued development of its apprenticeship programme.

Suzie Moody, learning and development manager at Zenith, said: “At Zenith, we’re always looking at ways to evolve our apprenticeship programme to ensure our business and the wider industry can engage and nurture the next generation of talent, while combatting any potential skills gaps we may face in the future.

“As such, we’re investing heavily in our programme, culminating in the hiring of our largest ever apprenticeship cohort. I’m over the moon that this continued hard work has resulted in national recognition, and it truly underlines our commitment and passion to provide the best learning and development opportunities in the industry.”
