Oxford-based green printing company Seacourt has deployed Volvo’s 49g/km XC90 T8 to support its commitment to sustainable operations.

Earlier this year, the family-run print firm was certified by ClimateCare as Beyond Carbon Neutral, meaning it actually gives more back to the planet than it takes.

Now Seacourt directors Gareth and Nick Dinnage have both taken delivery of the XC90 T8 Twin Engine.

The firm’s facility is totally powered by renewable energy and over an average working week, Nick’s XC90 runs on 90% renewable energy commuting to and from the office while Gareth’s runs on around 70% re-used energy due to more business mileage generated from attending meetings outside of the car’s battery range.

Gareth said: “We’re very proud to be driving these cars because they support our commitment to futureproof our business by being sustainable in our operations. They’re real winners in every way – we love them, our customers love them and they’re the perfect eco-friendly business companion, while having the added flexibility and performance of an SUV.”
