Adam brings with over ten years’ experience in the corporate fleet market. He was previously a key fleet business development manager at Lombard Vehicle Management and prior to that customer service manager at Lex Autolease. He has also worked for MSL Vehicle Solutions as a business development manager.

Adam says he moved to Volkswagen Group Leasing because he believes that the company has the potential of being one of the top three fleet leasing companies in the UK.

He commented: ‘The company has the vision to succeed and grow and I felt that this was a fantastic opportunity for me to further develop my career and flourish too. Having just recently joined the company I am amazed how each department supports the other. The culture from the top down is to provide our customers with the best solutions on the market – from our vehicle offerings through to finance and customer service. This, I feel, is the most effective way to increase market share and build our reputation.’
