TTC Group oversees compliance at 70% of UK’s top 10 leasing operations
TTC Group now oversees compliance for 70% of the UK’s top 10 vehicle leasing operations following its recent acquisition of Licence Bureau.

Road safety training and services provider TTC Group completed the acquisition of Licence Bureau in early March, bringing a range of compliance services for the leasing sector, from licence checking through to driver coaching and TTC’s newly introduced online education.
TTC Group CEO Jim Kirkwood said: “As a combined entity, we now have the ability, infrastructure and scale to support our leasing partners more effectively across all areas of their compliance journey.
“At the same time, as we recently demonstrated with the introduction of our online training solutions, we remain highly agile to adapt to meet the needs of an ever-changing market.”
TTC Group recently launched its online JAUPT (Joint Approvals Unit for Periodic Training) approved Driver CPC courses and core fleet manager courses, along with the capability to deliver a number of its fleet and driver risk management courses online.
