The latest eight appointments accelerate the team to 45 and include seven customer-facing roles in line with the firm’s commitment to deliver an excellent leasing experience to its customers.

The appointments come as Synergy Automotive celebrates a ‘milestone year’, including being recognised by the Leasing Broker Federation as the overall UK Leasing Broker of the Year 2018 while also retaining its Best Medium Leasing Broker and Best Medium Leasing Broker Customer Service Award titles.

It also continues to outperform household names in the UK and globally in an international benchmark used by Fortune 500 companies to measure customer loyalty. Since 2015 Synergy has sustained a ‘world class’ score of 94 in an index measuring customers’ willingness to recommend a company’s products or services. This compares to an average score in the leasing sector of 52.

Synergy MD Paul Parkinson said: “2018 has proved to be outstanding for Synergy and investing in the best people to consistently deliver an exceptional service to our valued customers is integral to our growth strategy. We warmly welcome our new members on board.”
