Flexible leasing company Sogo is ramping up its senior management team with three key appointments, accelerating its growth plans.

Ian Bowley joins the company as remarketing manager, with Nadia Jackson as logistics manager and Iryna Dawson as service delivery manager. 

Ian Bowley was previously at Stellantis and will report to head of remarketing Tristan Downs, supporting the company’s multi-channel remarketing strategy to help protect residual values and support the OEM brand. 

Nadia Jackson joins the business from LeasePlan. She will lead the growing demand for logistics as the fleet size increases, and customers use the flexible model to change vehicles frequently. The move comes after Sogo recently named BCA as its logistics and inspection partner.

Iryna Dawson will drive the improvement of the customer experience in her new role. She held a previous similar role at LeasePlan.  

The changes follow Sogo’s recent move to a new headquarters in Milton Keynes, providing additional room for a growing customer services team and creating a new technology hub for the business.
