SMH Fleet Solutions owner acquires CD Auction Group
Arctos Holdings, owner of SMH Fleet Solutions and remarketing firm Hudson Kapel, has acquired online auction firm CD Auctions for an undisclosed amount.

Based in Corby, CD Auction has been in operation for more than 25 years and is focused on offering customers a swift route to market with high levels of customer service.
The deal comes just weeks ahead of SMH’s opening of its new £16m UK de-fleet and PDI centre and will bring extended services through the Arctos Holdings companies, from vehicle management, logistics, refurbishment and storage to licence checking and securities.
