Bulb Software is offering a free plan to help SMEs manage up to 100 assets.

The newly launched solution has been developed to offer SMEs capabilities provided by traditional asset management systems used in larger corporate companies and offers a wide range of features through a user-friendly app.

BulbThings has been designed as a multi-asset solution that provides operational savings by automating the collection and analysis of assets’ data from various sources and throughout the lifecycle, automating administrative tasks, maximising uptime of their assets and preventing damages/losses, and helping its users to control the costs of their assets thanks to smart alerts, benchmarking and better engagement with asset users.

“In such a competitive landscape SMEs are looking for new ways to make savings and they realise that keeping track of usage and costs of the assets they finance is one way to achieve this. Unfortunately, most asset management systems out there are too complex or costly for them. We’re helping our customers with one smart, easy-to-use and affordable solution that gives them control of their assets,” said Leslie Depond-Valleray, CEO of Bulb Software Ltd.

Bulb Software is also offering a free plan to help SMEs manage up to 100 assets. The plan provides access to standard functionalities for multiple users within the same company.

The Advanced Plan expands that capacity up to 500 assets and includes a mobile app (iOS & Android) with QR code scanning app and generator, a Supplier Management tool, and a Organisational Mapping function to facilitate asset allocation.

In addition, integration with asset tracking devices (e.g. dongles) and tags (e.g. RFIDs) are handled separately with great discounts by volume. The firm can also provide bespoke solutions for clients with more than 500 assets.
