Sixt UK awards accident management deal to Sopp+Sopp

Sixt has appointed Sopp+Sopp as its accident management partner for the UK.

Sopp+Sopp will provide Sixt UK with FNOL, third-party intervention and repair management services

The deal spans Sixt’s full vehicle fleet of cars, light commercial vehicles and a growing number of EVs.

Sopp+Sopp, part of Activate Group, will provide FNOL, third-party intervention and repair management services.

Callum Langan, managing director at Sopp+Sopp, said: “Sixt came to us looking for best-in-class solutions and a premium customer experience. We’re delivering on this objective with a tailored service supported by our fully configurable claims management system and highly trained in-house team.”

The deal includes 24/7 365 driver support following vehicle collisions and breakdowns, as well as third-party intervention services through its UK-based contact centre.

Repair work will be carried out via Activate Group’s repair network, which includes its inhouse body shop division, Activate Accident Repair, as well as hundreds of partner sites.
