Regus Express opens workplace at Norton Canes services

The Express location

offers drivers a convenient place to stop off and work, for a few minutes or a few hours, in a professional environment rather than roadside café.

The new-generation workplace features a drop-in business lounge. Based on the experience of other Regus Express sites already open on the motorway network, it is likely to attract self-employed people seeking an occasional alternative to the home office, as well as motorists passing through.

Phil Kemp, global managing director of Regus Third Place, said: 'One of the primary ways that our sites on the motorway network are used is by motorists dropping in to check their emails and make urgent phone calls, rather than doing this at the wheel. Regus Express offers them a safe, quiet and productive business environment. They also serve as occasional workspace for remote workers.

'We are confident that this latest site will prove popular with both motorists and remote workers alike. It follows the opening of the Sandbach (M6) site in November and will be supplemented by others across Roadchef’s network, including Strensham North (M5), Watford Gap (M1) and Chester (M56).'

There are two ways to access Regus Express centres:

  • Pay-as-you-go access priced at £5 per hour or £10 per day.
  • Regus Businessworld membership at £35 per month, which provides drop-in access to the business lounges at each of Regus’ 300 UK locations including Regus Express.
