Ram Tracking signs fuel card cooperation agreement with BP

Ram Tracking is to market BP’s Fuel and Charge card to its customers, providing them with a complete fleet solution.

Adam O’Neill, head of commercial at Ram Tracking, said the deal would enable the company to offer a complete fleet solution

The cooperation agreement between the two firms will enable Ram’s 30,000 customers to access charging networks and fuel stations with one simple fuel card while gaining from preferential rates.

The card is accepted across the BP Pulse network of over 9,000 public charging points along with more than 3,700 fuel stations nationwide. This includes over 1,400 own-branded fuel stations, plus an additional 2,350 partner service stations through Esso (1,200), Gulf (420) and Texaco (730) to fleets.

All new and existing Ram clients will be eligible to apply for the Fuel and Charge card and further promotions will be announced in due course.

Ram said the card was a great addition to its portfolio, supporting its offer of a complete fleet solution.

Adam O’Neill, head of commercial at Ram Tracking, added: “With more and more fleets embracing electric vehicles, it is vital that we offer our customers support for mixed fleets through BP’s Fuel and Charge card and the BP Pulse network.”

BP’s UK fleet sales manager Adrian Brabazon also welcomed the deal, saying: “We’re thrilled to be working with Ram Tracking to support their network of small businesses. We hope that our fleet solutions will help these businesses reduce costs and accelerate their EV electrification journey.”
