Prices revealed for facelifted Range Rover Evoque

Prices start from £30,200 for the new 148bhp eD4 2WD, which offers fuel economy of up to 68mpg and CO2 emissions of 109g/km for the coupe – said to be class-leading. This model, along with the 113g/km five-door 2WD version, will be the first Land Rover to feature the 'E-Capability' insignia with a blue 'Evoque' badge.

There is also a 177bhp TD4 unit, which offers 59mpg and CO2 emissions from 125g/km and also sees service intervals extended from 16,000 miles to 21,000 miles.

The 2016 Model Year Evoque is also offered with Land Rover's existing 237bhp Si4 petrol engine with fuel economy of 36mpg and CO2 emissions of 181g/km.

The new Evoque also brings an increased range of standard and optional equipment, with SE, SE Tech, HSE Dynamic, HSE Dynamic Lux and Autobiography variants on offer.

Exterior revisions include a new front bumper, two new grille designs, all-LED headlamps (optional), tailgate spoiler and three new alloy wheel designs. Inside, a new seat design and refreshed interior scheme feature, whilst Land Rover's new infotainment system, InControl Touch is also standard equipment on SE and SE Tech models and features an eight-inch touchscreen, with a range of new applications and driver aids available. And a new Gesture Control feature is available for the first time on a Land Rover, providing hands-free tailgate opening.

New features fitted as standard include Lane Departure Warning, Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB), heated eight way adjustable front seats, powerfold door mirrors, automatic headlamps, rain sensing wipers and automatic climate control.

The range is finished with new wheel designs and exterior paint colours.

The new Evoque is on sale from September 2015 and will be joined by the new Convertible model from 2016.
