Chevin has launched a new online training resource site to help fleets learn how to make the most of their software.Dubbed Chevin Academy, the resource consists of a detailed library of video tutorials and has been developed to cover frequently asked support questions about the company’s core FleetWave system as well as offering extensive guidance about how to maximise its potential.

The Academy has been developed over the last two years with the help of Chevin fleet customers and is now being made available to users across the globe.

Managing director Ashley Sowerby explained: “Over the last few years, we have found that tutorial videos are usually the best way to guide customers through answers to common questions or to make their fleet software use even more effective.

“The videos that we have created have been very well received and we are sure that the Academy will quickly become recognised as a valuable resource for users.”

FleetWave customers can currently access more than 70 tutorial videos via Chevin Academy. Customers can also provide direct feedback on the content and log their own video requests.

Sowerby added that the launch of the Academy was part of a general strategy to increase the level of support offered to Chevin users, including the recent “rebooting” of its customer support team with a new structure and new appointments.

He said: “A superb level of support is one of the areas where a software company can differentiate itself from the competition and we are determined to maintain our position as the fleet software industry leader in this important area.”
