Mitsubishi Shogun Sport returns to UK
Mitsubishi is to launch a new Shogun Sport in the UK some 10 years after the previous model departed.
UK Launch For All-New Mitsubishi Shogun Sport In Spring 2018
Due for launch in early 2018, the new seven-seat model will sit between the Outlander and the full-size Shogun, and will feature a 177bhp 2.4-litre diesel with an all-new eight-speed automatic transmission and Mitsubishi’s Super Select II all-wheel drive system.
Two trims will be on offer, with standard kit including hill descent control, trailer start assist, hill start assist, and a dedicated off-road mode, as well as the Mitsubishi Smartphone Link Display Audio system, which connects with both Apple and Android smartphones.
Safety technology includes Mitsubishi’s Forward Collision Mitigation radar-based autonomous emergency braking system, blind sport warning and the Multi-around Monitor System bird’s eye view camera tech.
UK pricing and full specification details will be announced closer to launch.
