Mazda to reveal sports car concept at Tokyo Motor Show

Few details have been revealed but the carmaker said the model fits in with the stand message of “Accelerate toward our dreams” and will take a “unique approach to the joy of driving”. Speculation is mounting that it points to a new, rotary-engined Mazda RX-8 road car.

In addition, the Tokyo line-up will include the Mazda Koeru crossover SUV concept that debuted in Frankfurt in September while Mazda will also showcase safety technologies at the Smart Mobility City exhibition.
