Under the deal, Aston Barclay will increase the number of its Masterlease and Leasedrive Velo sales at Westbury from once a fortnight to every Tuesday and introduce a bi-weekly Masterlease and Leasedrive Velo sale at Prees Heath. In the future cars could well be sold through its site in Chelmsford.

Aston Barclay has been selling cars for Masterlease and Leasedrive Velo since 2006 and says that the new contract is a direct result of its investment in new technology, excellent results and customer service.

Tim Hudson, Aston Barclay's managing director, said: 'Aston Barclay has had a great working relationship with Masterlease and Leasedrive Velo over the last five years, to which the award of the two-year contract is testament.'

He added: 'Securing the new contract is a direct result of our ongoing investment programme, especially in our advanced technology infrastructure and customer service.'
