Mark Higgins joins All Fleet Services as operations and performance director

The new role will award Higgins responsibility for operational resourcing and delivery, training and people development, employee engagement and facilities.

Higgins brings a diverse wealth of experience in business and people performance from a career that included 23 years in the RAF and nearly 10 years with Chelsea Building Society. In 2009 he set up his own business BFL Training where he designed and delivered Operational Performance and Personal Development programmes for the public, private and charity sectors. His clients have included BMW, Tesco Bank, Vertex Financial Services and Bank of China.
