Businesses looking to have their say on possible plans to introduce a floating car club in Barnet have a day left to submit  their responses.

The council is one of a number across London looking at new ways to make transport and access to vehicles much easier for all residents, with a particular focus by Barnet on introducing floating car clubs in the borough.

The scheme would build on the successes of existing traditional car clubs in Barnet and would see provide a viable way of accessing vehicles at short notice for anyone, including business users, while bring increased access to vehicles for low income and for areas that are not served to well with public transport.

The consultation closes on 27 February with the results due on 19 March.
