SEAT UK is looking to continue its growth in true fleet volumes under the appointment of Justin Costello as national fleet sales manager.

SEAT has appointed Justin Costello as national fleet sales manager to help drive true fleet volumes.

Announced as the carmaker reports growth of 32% in fleet overall in Q1, led by an 86% rise in true fleet sales, the role will see Costello support head of fleet Peter McDonald and lead the seven-strong team of area fleet managers in maximising relationships with existing customers and securing new business.

Last year saw the carmaker grow true fleet sales for the fourth consecutive year while so far this year SEAT UK has extended its four-day test drive initiative and introduced its Fleet Excellence scheme to support dealers which sell to businesses.

Costello, previously contract hire and leasing manager at SEAT, commented: “With the Leon still at the top of its game, the Ateca receiving acclaim from all quarters and the new-generation Ibiza just around the corner, SEAT is extremely well positioned to continue to grow with both our existing fleet partners and by attracting new customers to the brand.
