JCT600’s two-star accreditation also earned it a place in the Sunday Times ‘Best 100 Companies to Work For’ list for 2016 where it was ranked at No. 84.

The firm responded by treating all colleagues at its head office and 50 dealerships across the north to a celebratory lunch as part of the first ever National Best Companies Day on 26 February.

Katie Saunders, HR director for JCT600, said: “We really are enormously proud to have achieved this accreditation and wanted to make sure that both colleagues and customers were included in our celebrations. Colleagues got involved filming videos, making cakes, holding raffles – it just took on a life of its own! It’s fantastic to be part of a nationwide day of workplace festivities and we want to thank all of our colleagues for helping to make JCT600 so special.
