Inchcape Fleet Solutions awarded Institute of Customer Service recognition

Inchcape Fleet Solutions says it’s become the only fleet management provider in the UK to earn the ServiceMark standard from the Institute of Customer Service after it passed the accreditation with distinction.

The national standard recognises an organisation’s achievement in customer service, and its commitment to upholding those standards. The accreditation is awarded based on customer satisfaction feedback as well as an assessment of employee engagement with the organisation’s customer service strategy.

The ICS assessor praised Inchcape Fleet Solutions for “demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service excellence at all levels.”
