Honda’s Contract Hire team scores 8.7 out of 10 in first survey
The Honda Contract Hire team surveyed around 100 business customers who had recently bought a car using one of its contract hire offers.
The customer satisfaction survey was Honda’s first among its contract hire customers, which includes businesses in sectors such as manufacturing, construction, professional services, financial services and legal.
Xavier Morgan, Honda Contract Hire manager at Honda Finance Europe, commented: “We know that excellent customer experience greatly helps to increase customer retention, so the results of the survey are fantastic news. We will use this feedback to help further improve our customer proposition.”
