Greenhous Fleet Services has been awarded for its work with Enterprise Rent-A-Car with a special award.

The Award of Excellence was given in recognition of Greenhous’s High Ercall-based fleet storage provision for Enterprise Rent-A-Car over the past three years, and presented at a special Enterprise event in London to Kieran Griffin, fleet operations co-ordinator, and Ben Coates, PDI assistant, from Greenhous Fleet Services.

The service sees Greenhous store Enterprise’s ‘delete’ vehicles coming back off rental before they are sold on to dealers around the UK. The relationship also includes Greenhous sourcing the original new fleet stock for Enterprise from a range of leading manufacturers.

Alasdair Maclean, assistant vice president remarketing for Enterprise Holdings, commented: “High Ercall showed the greatest year-on-year improvements of any of our vendors. They have shown true engagement with the KPI process, which has been demonstrated through swift change management and by maximising all opportunities for performance improvement.

“In 2018 they proved to be a great business partner, providing storage for several of our regions whilst managing to never let their standards dip despite such high volumes. At all times, their accuracy has been second to none, enhanced by their proactive and constant effort to manage their TMS dashboard. They are very hands-on in alerting us to vehicles which have fallen outside of standards so that they can be addressed efficiently prior to sale. In 2018, Greenhous embodied the standards we require from a business partner.”
