FMG broadens reach in insurer space under new appointment

Claims management firm FMG has expanded its sales team with a new national sales manager – insurance solutions role as it grows its focus across the insurer space.

FMG has evolved the structure of its sales team to drive growth within the insurance sector

Former business development manager Matthew Lees has been appointed to the new role and takes responsibility for developing all new insurance-based business opportunities, promoting FMG’s outsourced claims management solutions to insurers, brokers, MGA’s and self-insured fleet operators.

He joined FMG 10 years ago and brings strong knowledge and a thorough understanding of all operational aspects of claims management and claims cost mitigation.

Andrew Chandler, sales director at FMG, said: “As FMG increasingly becomes recognised as the partner of choice across the motor insurance market, we have evolved the structure of our sales team to create this distinct focus on further growth within the insurance sector.

“Matt’s promotion recognises the significant contribution he has already made in the delivery of our market-leading claims management solution and brings a renewed focus and energy as we broaden our reach across the insurer space. With Matt’s extensive industry knowledge, he will play a leading role in driving market engagement and bringing to life bespoke claims management solutions which perfectly complement the specific core competencies of new business prospects.”
