Justin Whitston, chief executive of Fleetondemand
The accreditation follows an extensive audit process of security policies and procedures, and forms part of a series of growth and infrastructure investment initiatives that include the opening of a second office as a dedicated technology development centre and disaster recovery facility.
Justin Whitston, chief executive, said: “The accreditation requires engagement from everybody in our business and achieving ISO27001 demonstrates a real level of maturity and commitment to meeting global standards for all information security controls.”
“We consider the safety and security of our customers’ data to be the upmost importance and have taken great care and effort to ensure our processes and polices meet this best practice approach.”
Whitston added: “Importantly the accreditation also ensures the controls are in place for an ongoing commitment to first-class standards across all forms of information within our business including employee, financial, intellectual as well as customer data.”
