FleetEurope strengthens accident management repair services in Selsia deal

The fleet management firm has signed up Selsia as its accident management repair partner, giving its clients access to the Selsia repairer network of 90 approved car, van and commercial vehicle accident repair centres across the UK.

There are no charges for the management of repairs with either company, unlike traditional accident managers. Both FleetEurope and Selsia apply a nationwide service level agreement and repair rates for their respective offers, allowing customers in multiple locations greater management of vehicle repairs. All associated repairers are approved and audited, with all repair work guaranteed and warrantied.

Clients will benefit from the new partnership with consolidated central invoicing and reduced administration times and costs. Also, they are able to take advantage of Selsia’s 24/7, 365 days-a-year notification and nationwide recovery service. The online repair management service gives fleets complete control, providing estimate governance and repair progress monitoring.

FleetEurope’s operations manager, Mike Cooke, commented: ‘In partnering with Selsia, we have strengthened our accident repair management services which we are now actively promoting to our current and prospective customer base.’

Selsia added that the repair centres are well established in dealing with both volume and sector specialist vehicle repairs, such as civil engineering, food delivery and utilities management.
